If you want to hire Stardustfaces to paint at your event or if your are simply interested in getting a quote for Face Painting,
Glitter Tattoos, Airbrush Tattoos or any other services, please fill out the inquiry form below.
After we receive all the details about your event, we will then calculate a special rate for you which reflects the services you are requesting information on, how big the crowd will be, how long the event is and where it is located (travel fees may apply) and we will get back with you within 24 hours.
If your event requires multiple artists, Balloon Twisters, Costume Characters or any other entertainment, please contact for more details. We work alongside a network of talented artists and entertainers and we will connect you with the best in bussiness.
To secure the date of your event, Deposit Fee is required.
Overtime is charged in half-hour increments.
Travel fees will apply when the event is more than 20 miles from zip code 75024.
Shelter for outdoor events may incur an extra charge of $30.
Should you decide to cancel or postpone your event, the deposit is non-refundable. In the case of postponement please notify us and we will work with you to accommodate an alternate date. However, due to the high volume of bookings, you may not receive your first alternate choice.
If you cancel within 24 hours of you event you will own the total contracted amount.
Should Artist get sick /have to cancel, any deposits will be refunded, or we will find a replacement artist.
We do Not offer refunds for inclement weather, and we strongly recomend to secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance. Also, in the event of rain, we would be happy to offer waterproof Aibrush Tattoos or Glitter Tattoos as a substitute for face painting, that need to be discussed in advance.

Print, complete, email or mail it to us. You can request assistance and we will fill it out over the phone with you.
The deposit can be paid online via Venmo, Cash App or Zelle, or mail with Check or Money Order(payable to: Oksana Kirianova).
Once we received your signed contract and your deposit your booking will be confirmed.

Payment in Full (including parking fees or any additional chargesis) is due on the day of the event

If paying with credit card 2.75% Processing Fee will be applied
